Here you can register your loans, deliver them to the operations team, and access all documents seamlessly. We are continuously enhancing the portal to include loan registration, locking, and delivery.

Access the Portal

Step-by-Step Guide to Registering a Loan

Log in to the Click n' Close™ Correspondent portal in Mortgage Machine.
Navigate to the Register a Loan section.
Upload the loan data file.
Once registered, lock the loan. You will need to lock both the first and second liens in the portal.
Upload all necessary documentation into Click n’ File.
Monitor the status and complete any post-closing steps as required.

How to Customize:

Click the link below to open the Canva template.
Click the purple button "Use template for new design" to generate your own editable copy.
If you don’t have a Canva account, sign up for free to access the design.
In the template, replace the placeholder logo with your own by clicking "Uploads" → "Upload Files."
Update brand colors by selecting any design element, clicking the color box, and choosing your brand color.
Edit contact information in the footer by double-clicking the text boxes.
When complete, click "Share" → "Download" → Choose PDF or PNG for print or digital use.

Note: All design elements are fully customizable, including text, images, and icons.

Step-by-Step Guide to Uploading Files

Log in to the Click n' Close™ Correspondent portal in Mortgage Machine.
From the dashboard, click the “Click n’ File” tab in the left-hand menu.
Use the Loan Search to locate your loan by borrower name, Click n' Close loan number, or other criteria.
Once the loan is selected, click “Upload Document.”
Register the first and second liens separately by completing the registration process for each loan.
Choose the document type from the dropdown list.
Click “Browse” to select the file from your computer.
Add any optional notes (if applicable).
Click “Upload” to complete the process.
The file will appear in the uploaded documents list with a timestamp and status.
